Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to deliver your jewelry pieces as quickly and securely as possible. Below are the details regarding our shipping process.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays (Saturday & Sunday).
  • Orders are typically ready to ship within 1.5-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates:

We are offering FREE DELIVERY as promotion for a few weeks. Once the promotion is over we will switch back to charging shipping charges.

  • Standard Shipping: 200 PKR – Delivery in 4-6 business days.
  • Free Shipping: Only for orders PKR: 6000/- and above
  • Express Shipping (Karachi Only): 300 PKR – Delivery in 3 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • You can track your order through Leopards Courier/TCS/PostEx.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your jewelry, and though we pack your order very carefully we understand that sometimes shipping and handling might damage the item. Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to help you.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Jewelry items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in unworn condition with all original packaging and tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Provide your order number, picture of the item received & reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is approved we will refund your full paid amount to your EasyPaisa/Bank account. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will assist as best as we can!
